Cychlorphine (N-Propionitrile Chlorphine, N-Propionitrile Chlorophine, Cychlorophine) is a modern synthetic opioid-based analgesic with a unique chemical formula of C23H25ClN4O and a molecular weight of 408.93. This drug, which is a derivative of benzimidazolones (brorphine, chlorphine, florphine, orphine), is famous for its high activity, surpassing fentanyl by about four times. The uniqueness of cichlorophine is manifested in its modification by N(3)-cyanoethyl among benzimidazolones, which enhances its interaction with mu-opioid receptors (MORS) compared to traditional opioids.

Pharmacodynamics and effects: Cychlorphine is active by binding to mu-opioid receptors located in the brain and spinal cord, as well as in other tissues, which leads to a pronounced analgesic effect, euphoria and sedation. Its high affinity for these receptors explains its effectiveness as an analgesic.

Dosage and administration: Due to its high efficacy, Cychlorphine should be used with caution. The initial dose should be micrograms, with subsequent adjustments depending on individual response and tolerance. Healthcare personnel are required to strictly monitor the correct dosage in order to prevent the risk of overdose.

Side effects: Common side effects include, but are not limited to, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and increased drowsiness. Serious consequences may include respiratory depression, severe sedation, and decreased blood pressure. Due to its high effectiveness, there is a significant risk of addiction and addiction.

Harm reduction: To reduce risks, Cychlorphine should only be used in a controlled environment with appropriate monitoring. Naloxone should be available as a treatment for opioid overdose. Users should be informed about the signs of overdose and the importance of following the prescribed doses.

Regulatory status: At the moment, Cychlorphine is classified as a research substance and its use for medical purposes outside scientific institutions is not allowed. When conducting research and handling this substance, it is extremely important to comply with legal regulations and safety regulations in order to avoid its misuse.
