Refund

We treat our customers with understanding and understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
We will refund funds only if the item has not been shipped or you received another item by mistake, which is quite rare.
It is necessary to provide us with evidence of your claim with maximum information confirming everything you have said by e-mail (track code, product photo).
The claim cannot include cases when the goods were seized by customs, in this case we do not bear any responsibility.
We will discuss all such cases with you individually and try to do our best to find a solution to the current situation.
